Materials - Track Quantities

1. Click the Materials button from the Data Entry Screen.

2. Click the Add/Remove Materials button at the bottom.

3. Choose the Materials to capture Quantities on and click OK.

4. Track Quantities used. Click the '0' to the right of the Today's Quantity label.

Enter Received Today (If a deliver was received) > Click Next > Add quantities Used Today > click Done when finished. 

The 31 from the example will now show up in the Today's Quantity field. 

(Note: As quantities are entered, the "To Date Quantity" percentage will show in real-time where the production of the Material Item expectancy is at. The Plan Quantity is the total Quantity amount planned to be completed.)

5. If Material has been delivered/received, Click the 'i' icon at the top right.

Enter the Deliver Ticket Number and who received the delivery. Click Add Images to do so.

6. Add notes to the Material to document anything that is necessary in relation to the Quantities.

Type or use Speech-to-Text recognition to enter notes.
