How to add a Form
1. Click the "Form" Button to go into the next screen where forms will be added.
2. Chose the Date that you're working on.
3. Click "Add Forms" Button to go into the list screen where forms will be added.
4. Click the "Form" Button to go into the next screen where forms will be added. Your Foreman you're reporting to, Project you're working on, and Today's date will be at the top. Choose from the list of Forms which form you're filling out.
5. Click the "Form" to add it.
6. Click the "Edit" button to open the Form and fill it out.
7. Fill out the information that the Form is looking for. Once you've filled out the necessary information, click the "Transfer" button at the bottom of the screen.
