Once ProEstimate.NET is installed the user must then register their account before they can log in. The registration form will automatically pop up after installation, but if it does not, simply double-click the icon added to your desktop during the installation process.
STEP 1
Once the registration form appears fill out the required form. If you need your Company ID and Serial Number you can contact a support representative to have it sent to you.
If you have registered with ProEstimate.NET before make sure that you are using the exact same email address as your current account. New emails or misspelling will trigger the program to see the email as a new user and will take up any available licenses.
Full Name should be filled out as the user would want their name to appear to the public. This is the name ProEstimate.NET will use when sending information to customer, sub-contractors, or suppliers.
Read through and agree to the terms then click Register
STEP 2
For the next part of the registration process the user will be emailed a confirmation number to the email address provided in the Step 1 as well as to the Company Administrator that is set to handle registrations. If neither user receives the confirmation number, please contact customer support and we can retrieve that number for you.
The only requirement for a password is that it is 8 characters with no other limitations. If you have registered with ProEstimate.NET before you can use the same password or if you'd like to change your password it can be done now.
Full Name will autofill from Step 1, but you can make changes to it here if you need to.
Finally the Office Phone Number will need to be filled out. It does not have to specifically be your office number, but this is the phone number that Oman Systems support team will use to contact the user and is the number that will be sent out of the program on any documentation.
Mobile Phone Number and Windows Authentication can be skipped during this step.
Once you click Register the login form will appear. Company Name and Email Address should automatically fill out and all the user will need to do is add their Password and click Log In.
If this is the first time that the user has logged int ProEstimate.NET on this computer, the computer will need to be authorized by the Company Administrator.
The Administrator will receive an email letting them know that an estimator is attempting to log into a new computer. All they have to do is click the Authorize link in the email and the new user should then have access to ProEstimate.NET.
