User cannot add projects or edit information

Check to make sure that the user is not on a Reviewer License. This can be found in the program's Security. Just swap the checkbox from the Reviewer to the Full License tab. After closing and reopening ProEstimate.NET the user should then have refreshed their Security rights and will now be able to fully use ProEstimate.NET.
