Diary

1. Click the Diary button.

(Note: You may be prompted for permissions to share location and access to folders. This will allow FMP Mobile to grab the weather information based on your location along with giving you the capability to take pictures/load pictures)

2. The General Tab.

FMP Mobile will automatically pull in the Project Start and Stop Time (If defined from the Project in FMP Office). 

Click the "Get Weather Info" button to auto fill the weather information. You'll only need to choose an option for Ground Conditions.

3. Click or Swipe to the Images Tab.

You can click the Take Picture button or Load from Gallery button to add pictures. To the right of the picture, there will be a note section where you can document what's happening within the image. 

4. Take notes that relate to each Category. (Work, Delays, Instruction, Visitors)

Click New Entry at the bottom right hand corner to enter a new note for the day.

Your note will be saved in the Diary under that Category for the Day.

Every note that you enter will be saved so that you can re-use the note. 

You can Click the Load Previous button to access a library of notes and pull them in day to day as you continue to work on the Project.

You will choose which notes apply for the day and click OK to pull them into your Diary for the chosen Category.

The last Tab in the Diary for note taking is the Notes Tab. This will allow you to collect any additional notes that relate to your day you're needing to capture.
