Documents : Add Multiple Copies

1. Click the Documents button from the Data Entry Screen.



2. You will have two buttons at the bottom to add Forms or Documents.




3. Click Add Forms buttonA list of forms will populate for you to add to your entry and fill out.



 Long Press on the forms and then click OK.





4. Scroll to the number of copies needed and click Add.
