Introduction
The 'Letting Report' reports section has 6 different sub types which you can view a breakdown of the various outputs below. This offers various ways to obtain the information you seek through different data set configurations.
Report Types:
Letting Detail: This report will outline all jobs let over the specified time frame and who bid on each job. The report will be headed with each jobs details such as job number, county, job code, type of job, description and letting date. Then listed under each job the engineers estimate, list of contractors who bid, total dollar amount bid and variance to second position.

Letting Detail Only Low Bidders: This report will outline all job let over the specified time frame and their low bidder. The report will include job number, bid date, job code, county of the job, low bidder, low bid amount and total amount of engineers estimate.

Letting Summary: This report gives you a high level overview of jobs let over the specified time frame. The report will include the year, period, letting dollar total, number of jobs let, % change over prior year, average number of bids, total dollar amount of engineers estimate.

Letting Summary By Category: This report type will provide a list of jobs let over the specified time frame broken down by category. The report will include the year, period, letting dollar total, number of jobs, average number of bids and total

Letting Summary By Region: This report type will provide a breakdown of lettings based on regions/districts. The report will include year, period, letting total, number of jobs let, percentage of change, average number of bids and engineers estimate.

Letting Summary By Project Type: This report type will outline all lettings within the specified parameters broken down by category. The report will include year, periods, letting total number of jobs let, percentage of change, average bids and engineers estimate.
