Introduction:

In BidTabs PLUS you can batch load multiple pay items rather quickly into a selected project.

Instruction:

Step 1: Selecting the Project you want to load Pay Items into

• Create a new project by selecting "+ Add Project"

OR

• Open an existing project.

Step 2: Opening the Batch Load Pay Item Database

• Click the 'Batch Load' button at the top of the Project you have open to open the Pay Item Database

Step 3: Choosing your Pay Items

• Select your desired Pay Items to add to your project by:
  • Double clicking each item
  • Using CTRL + Click to select various ones on the list at the same time
  • Holding SHIFT + Click to highlight in bulk
• Then clicking the corresponding green arrow to add or remove your Pay Item
