Help: My Pay Items are Red

Introduction

This article will help in understanding why your Pay Items are red and how to correct the issue.



Red Pay Items in My Job: This is happening because the Pay Item (Added or Imported) is not being recognized by the state (defined in the project settings). The system realizes this and flags it red for you to address it.



Step 1: Double Click your Pay Item



Step 2: From the Change Pay Item screen, choose an appropriate Pay Item ID that is recognized.

Note: The system will try and predict an accurate Pay Item for replacement. However, you have the control to choose which Pay Item you'd like to replace yourself.




Step 3: After selecting your Pay Item, click Save. The Job will now reflect a proper Pay Item.
