Introduction 

The 'By Contractor' reports section has 7 different sub types which you can view a breakdown of the various outputs below. Which offers various ways to obtain the information you seek through different data set configurations.

Report Types:

Calculate Averages: This report will outline a specified contractors Pay Item details and averages. It will include The Pay Item, description, average quantity, unit of measure, weighted average, high bid, low bid, how many times the pay items has been used/bid and total quantities.

Calculate Averages w/ State Averages: This report will out line the specified contractors Pay Items compared to the state averages. It will include the Pay Item, description, average quantity, number of times used/bid, state average, number of times used across the state, dollar variance and percentage variance.

Category Totals Summary: This report will outline the specified contractors pay items by category. It will include category type, percentage of the job and category total dollar amount.

Job Totals Only Report: This report type will outline the specified contractors job bid activity. It will include the job number, county of the job, job code, bid date, bid position and total bid price for the job.

• Refer to Exhibit D.

Job Detail Report: This report type will outline the specified contractors bid details for jobs. It will include job number, county, job code, bid date, bid position, job bid total, job description, pay item list, description, quantity, unit of measure, unit price and total/extension.

Job Detail Report Subtotal by Category: This report type will outline the specified contractors bid details for jobs and break it down by categories with their subtotals. It will include job number, county, job code, bid date, bid position, job bid total, job description, pay item list, description, quantity, unit of measure, unit price total/extension broke down by category with subtotals.

Job Detail Report Category Total Only: This report type will outline the specified contractors bid details for jobs broke down by categorized percentages. It will include job number, county, job code, bid date, bid position, job bid total and percentage of the job by category.
