Introduction
This article will elaborate on the 5 different report types available for the 'By Job' reporting section of BidTabs.
Report Types:
Sort by Contractor: This report will outline the details around the specified job. The report will include Job number, county the job resides, job code, job type, job description, engineers estimate amount, who the low bidder is, what the low bid was, when the letting occurred, the pay item list, pay item description, quantity, unit or measure, unit price, and totals.

Sort by Pay Item: This report will out line the jobs pay item details and bidder amounts. The report will include all job data at the header and a list of pay items, their description, units, unit of measure, unit price, total/extension and all the bidders information per pay item in a list format.
- Refer to Exhibit B.
Sort by Pay Item Across Page (3 max): This report will outline the jobs pay item details and bidder amounts per pay item side by side. The report will include all job details at the header and a list of pay items with the bidders in a side by side comparison per pay item up to a max of 3 bidders.
- Refer to Exhibit C.
Sort by Pay Item Across Page (6 max): This report will outline the jobs pay item details and bidder amounts per pay item side by side. The report will include all job details at the header and a list of pay items with the bidders in a side by side comparison per pay item up to a max of 6 bidders.
- Refer to Exhibit D.
Compare Contractors Prices (2 max): This report type will outline the job details with a side by side comparison of 2 bidders. The report will include Pay Item list, quantity, unit of measure, bidder 1's unit cost and total/extension, bidder 2's unit cost and total/extension, the variance between the bidders unit cost, total variance cost and percentage of variance.
