Introduction:
This article is meant to explain the project settings options within a PLUS Job.
Instructions:
Project Settings: These options will allow you to define the state that the Job is located in, which will associate proper Pay Item ID's that the state recognizes. (Note: You may see some Pay Items in Red, this means that the Pay Item in the Job is NOT currently recognized by the State. You can double click the Red Pay Item and the system will assist you in reassigning it to a Pay Item that is recognized by the state.)
Setting Options
- Define the Project State
- The Project ID is reiterated
- Enter a Description of the Job
- Enter a Location of the Job
- Define how you want to Sort the Job
- Define the Bid Date
- Define the Estimator
- Add any project notes that may be beneficial for yourself or the team
