Introduction 

The 'By Pay Item' reports section has 7 different sub types which you can view a breakdown of the various outputs below. This offers various ways to obtain the information you seek through different data set configurations.

Report Types:

Averages Report: This report will outline a list of all pay items and various averages based on your search criteria. The report will include Pay Item number, description, average quantity, unit of measure, weighted average, high bid, low bid, the number of times the pay item was bid, total quantity and total amount of pay item.

Listing Report: This report will out line all the different contractors who bid on the specified pay item. The report will include all the details around the pay item in the header then list out all the contractors, job number it was used under, county of the job, bidder position, bid date, quantity, unit of measure, unit price and total/extension.

Listing Report with No Bidders Names: This report will out line all the details of specified pay item without bidder names. The report will include all the details around the pay item in the header then list out job number it was used under, county of the job, position, bid date, quantity, unit of measure, unit price and total/extension.

• Refer to Exhibit C.

Listing Report with Category or Group: This report type will outline all information on pay items based on a specified category. The report will include a break down of each pay item associated to the category, pay item numbers, contractor, job number, county of the job, bidder position, bid date, quantity, unit of measure, unit price and total/extension.

Annual Trend Report: This report type will provide a yearly trend report for the specified pay item based on your defined date range. The report will include the year, total dollar amount bid for the specified pay item, the percentage of dollar change based on prior year, total quantity, percentage of quantity change based on prior year, weighted average, percentage of change of weighted average, total jobs pay item was used.

Quarterly Trend Report: This report type will provide a quarterly trend report for the specified pay item based on your defined date range. The report will include the quarter, total dollar amount bid for the specified pay item, the percentage of dollar change based on prior quarter, total quantity, percentage of quantity change based on prior quarter, weighted average, percentage of change of weighted average, total jobs pay item was used.

Monthly Trend Report: This report type will provide a monthly trend report for the specified pay item based on your defined date range. The report will include the month, total dollar amount bid for the specified pay item, the percentage of dollar change based on prior month, total quantity, percentage of quantity change based on prior month, weighted average, percentage of change of weighted average, total jobs pay item was used.
